General Terms and Conditions – Dorivo

Article 1: Applicability and Binding Force

These General Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User") and Dorivo. By accessing  https://dorivoplatform.com, registering an account, or utilising our proprietary analytical services, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2: Nature of Services (Execution-Only)

Dorivo provides advanced technical infrastructure for market data aggregation and predictive analytical indicators.

No Regulated Financial Advice: We do not provide regulated financial advice under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013. All algorithmic outputs, charts, and signals are purely indicative and for educational or technological purposes.

User Autonomy: Any market transaction or financial decision executed by the User based on information obtained through the Platform is performed entirely at the User’s sole discretion and exclusive risk.

Article 3: Statutory Risk Disclosure

The User explicitly acknowledges the following fundamental market risks:

Volatility: Financial markets and digital assets are subject to unpredictable and extreme price fluctuations.

Capital Loss: There is an inherent risk of partial or total loss of invested capital when engaging in market activities.

Technological Risk: Performance is subject to API latency, blockchain network congestion, and third-party data feed inaccuracies. Historical datasets offer no guarantee of future profitability.

Article 4: Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions

The entire digital infrastructure of Dorivo, including all proprietary data models, source codes, and UI/UX design, is the exclusive property of the Platform. Users are strictly prohibited from:

Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling our algorithms.

Utilising automated scrapers or bots for mass data harvesting.

Misusing the infrastructure to facilitate any illicit activities, including market manipulation.

Article 5: Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, including the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (where the user is a consumer), Dorivo shall bear no liability for direct or indirect damages arising from technical downtime, algorithmic errors, or market-driven financial losses.

Article 6: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of New Zealand. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand (Auckland Registry).

3. Protection of Intellectual Capital: All rights are expressly reserved

No part of this platform, its content, or its underlying architecture may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of the executive board. Infringement will result in immediate legal proceedings.

4. Regulatory Statement: Dorivo operates as a technology provider

Users are encouraged to seek independent financial, legal, and tax advice before engaging in high-risk market activities.
